Shipping policy
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Delivery times
Orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in the UK and Europe.
- Processing time: orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched within 0 to 1 working day.
- Transit time: 2 to 5 working days once dispatched.
- Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 2 to 6 working days of being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery costs
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more
- £3.95 standard delivery on orders under £50
The £50 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels, and each will have its own tracking.
Taxes and duties
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. You will not be asked to pay any extra charges, duties or fees on delivery.
Delays and missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, or your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, please email support@bistl.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
