How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched within 1 working day. Most arrive within 2 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £3.95 on orders under £50.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Will I pay customs or import charges?

No. Prices include VAT where applicable and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size guide and fit finder: enter your chest measurement and we suggest a size. You can also compare with a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account with the email address you ordered with to see your orders, or visit our Track your order page.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition. Email support@bistl.com to start a return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will update or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
