Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it is dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched within 1 working day, and most arrive within 2 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday).

- Open your dispatch email from Bistl and tap the tracking link.
- Or sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code, so no password is needed, and you can see every order and its delivery status.
Order not moving?
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, or its tracking has not updated for 3 working days, email support@bistl.com with your order number or use our contact page. We reply within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time) and will chase the carrier for you.
